Virtual Tour of the Villa Cavrois

The Villa Cavrois, near Lille in the north of France, was designed in 1929 by the architect Mallet Stevens. Abandoned in the 1980s, it was acquired by public authorities in 2001, then fully restored. Its management is now assured by the French Centre des Monuments Nationaux (CMN) .

In September 2018, with the agreement of CMN, we could scan the villa using photogrammetry techniques, in order to modelize the building and propose its "virtual tour" using VR glasses. On this page is presented this 3D model. From the link below is proposed a free download of the virtual tour software.

> Download the Virtual Tour software for Windows 64bits and HTC Vive / Oculus VR glasses. For security reasons, this download is password protected. Please send a mail to olivier@olivier-boisard.net to get a free ID/PW.
